How do I chose my frame colour?

When ordering a framed piece, please leave a note at checkout with the desired frame colour and paper type (if applicable). 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes approximately 4 - 10 days. This is subject to variation. Please allow for some seasonal variability. For more information head to our shipping info page. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within Australia. Rolled prints are free to ship worldwide, and all other prints email hello@gingerimagery.com.au for a quote. For more information head to our shipping info page.

How do I know what material to purchase?

Choosing the right material is hard. The following art the materials we recommend depending on your house style:

Traditionally styled homes - Framed Fine Art Paper or Framed Canvas
Modern styled homes - Acrylic or Framed Canvas.

Our printers and frames have a wide range of materials. If you are looking for something specific, please email offshelf@gingerimagery.com. 

What colour palette would suit my home?

Send us a picture of your space, and we will photoshop your desired print and material in to see how it looks!
